Information For Conference Organizers

MJ Cell Press allow conference organizers to publish conferences papers/abstracts in the different journals of the group. Hence, conference organizers have to follow some rules.

• To begin, the data presented in the abstracts/proceedings must come from academic research of attendees and speakers from different countries and belonging to universities or research institutes. These researches must be original and not submitted elsewhere for publication or published before, even in part.
• The topics presented by the conference organizers must be in accordance with the different research area included in the in aim and scope of MJ Cell Press journals.
• The submission of abstracts/papers/proceedings by conference organizers must be accompanied by review reports. This requires the presence in the conference organizers team, of a qualified international committee made of researchers with demonstrated skills in their different research area. That committee is responsible of the peer review of abstracts/papers submitted to conference organizers.

MJ Cell Press Journals have an editorial office which assess the quality of proposed abstracts/papers/proceedings submitted by the conference organizers. The publication procedure followed these steps:

• After being contacted by the conference organizer, MJ Cell Press will provide article templates and logos for announcement on the conference website.
• The conference organizers must provide the different manuscripts with all authors information (affiliation and contacts).
• The conference organizers must also sign agreement that all authors are aware of the ethical policy of MJ Cell Press journals.
• All the papers should undergo a review process by conference organizers through its committee. After incorporating reviewers’ comments by authors, the revised papers accompanied with review reports should be submitted to MJ Cell Press Journals by the conference organizer.
• The review reports must include the reviewers’ recommendation for each paper. The reports will be used by editors and conference organizer for decision regarding the publications of papers. For that, the review reports from reviewers regarding each paper should clearly mention the originality of the novelty/paper; the design and scientific sound of the paper; the adequacy between the research question, experiments, results and conclusion; the contribution of the research to advancement of current scientific knowledge and its interest to readers; all ethical research standards and approval where applicable (biology studies).
• The authors must use simple, appropriate and understandable sentences to write the paper. All text from another source present in the paper must be clearly referenced through appropriated citations.
• The journals’ editorial team and editors will check by the papers and make decision on acceptance or reject depending based on their qualification.
• Accepted papers will be proofread and authors notified. Upon authors’ validation of proof, the papers will be published and accessible online.
